How do we book?

Reach out through our website, email, or phone. Once we confirm your date, we’ll send a service agreement. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.

Can we customise a package?

Yes. After a chat about your wedding details, we’ll send a personalised proposal with your preferred coverage hours, add-ons, and pricing.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. We’re based in Melbourne but available for interstate and international weddings. Travel and accommodation costs may apply outside Victoria.

When will we receive our photos and videos?

Your final gallery and films are typically delivered within 10–14 weeks after your wedding. Sneak peeks may be provided earlier depending on workload.

How are our photos and videos delivered?

All images and films are shared through an online cloud gallery for viewing and downloading. Files stay accessible for up to three months after delivery.

What’s included in the Instagram reels and highlights?

Each package includes a cinematic highlight film (4–10 minutes) and two Instagram reels, edited in Amari’s storytelling style.

Can we get raw footage or unedited photos?

Yes. Raw footage is available as an add-on option, delivered as a full copy of your unedited video files.

Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding shoots?

Yes. Engagement sessions can be added to any package or included in your custom proposal. It’s a great warm-up before your big day.

What happens if it rains or weather changes?

We adapt your photo and video plan to make the most of available light and locations. Our team is experienced in all conditions.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule if your new date is available. Cancellations after booking may result in forfeiting the 50% deposit, as noted in your agreement.
